I mean, come on, we can anticipate whats going to happen and then the following days come and I can just picture my third graders listening and loving it so much. I also love that it has foreshadowing done right for young kids. This book was everything I wanted to read in a children's picture book and much more. You have to love this hilarious book and the illustrations are so good!! (He was still full of cake.) But he never danced without his dancing pants they made his butt look groovy. With sentences like, The pants did not fit. I laughed way too much at the bookstore, then again earlier today, and again just now! I'm scared I'll like this book way more than my third graders. To tell you I laughed out loud the whole time reading this is an understatement. One of those mistakes that leads to more mistakes and, eventually, the ultimate doom of everything.
